  • Kristin Duy

    Kristin truly loves to visit all of the classrooms at her center so that she can see firsthand all of the wonderful learning that is taking place in her building! Kristin grew up in WI and graduated with her degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin. After getting married she moved to CA and taught fifth grade for 2 years before moving to Spokane, WA because of her husband's job. She quickly found a job teaching third grade at a Catholic grade school. After three-and-a-half years she found herself on the move to Illinois where she taught kindergarten for several years before deciding to be a stay at home mom to her 4 children. Kristin re-entered the workforce after 4 years at home to be a Director of Children's Activities at a local Country Club. Six years ago she decided to make a change and joined KinderCare as a Center Director. Kristin has the best of both worlds being the leader of an amazing staff of teachers and a "buddy" to over 100 kids at her center!

  • Ms. Araceli

    Ms. Araceli has been at the Randall Road KinderCare since June of 2013 when her center merged with the Algonquin center.  Prior to that she worked at the Crystal Lake center for 8 years.  Ms. Araceli loves to do artwork with the babies and cherishes her time with each baby in her care.

  • Ms. Tzetzka

    Ms. Tzetzka grew up and married in Bulgaria before moving to the United States and settling in Illinois.  She has worked in the infant program at KinderCare for almost 12 years.  she has such a gentle and nurturing way with the children in her class and especially loves to see them experience all of the "firsts" in their young lives!

  • Ms. Chris

    Ms. Chris has worked in early childhood education for more than half her life and wouldn't trade it for anything!  She is really enjoying the new preschool curriculum and loves to enrich her science and literacy areas in her classroom.

  • Ms. Kim

    Ms. Kim has worked for KinderCare for many years in the school age program.  She plans many projects the revolve around a theme.  Some projects are long term and others are more simple .  The kids are very involved in all of the daily planning and organizing of the classroom.
